This 3 hour class puts your tools in your hands while I coach BIKEmpowered-specific techniques on how to think of and practice each of these “you need to know” tasks:

fix your flats using only one tool to get tire off, and NO tools replacing the tire, which prevents pinch flats. Learn my unique “ride the wave” and “rope burn” techniques to make this impossible-sounding trick work easily for you

adjust brakes: pad position/condition, lever angle and tightness, cable/casing condition

gears: proper position, cable/ casing condition, set screws, cable tightness for no-fault click shifting

Then, I show you how think of and do wheel truing and chain replacing.
